One-component PU resin for waterproofing flat areas.

Liquid waterproofing, reliable protection against sub-surface migration of water, permanently flexible and alkali-resistant Not UV-resistant.
 
Designed for waterproofing balconies, terraces and exterior corridors, particularly:
 
• under ceramic tiles.
 
Since ALSAN 400 is not UV-resistant, it  must always be covered with

an overlay.  
 
The final coat, designed as a bond coat, is topped with an excess amount of quartz sand (0.6 – 1.2 mm).
 
For renovations and new build.
 
Applied with roller and brush. May be machine-applied using suitable spray applicators.
