ALSAN DECO CHIPS

Plastic chips in a range of colours and combinations
 
• Fresh receiver is topped with DECO Chips in a single operation.
- Consumption: Fine ~ 60 g/m2 Excess ~ 600 g/m2
• Sealing applied as a single coat of ALSAN 500 FT
Consumption 100 - 250 g/m2*

- Application of topping: wet in wet
- Sealing coat min.: ~ 6 – 8 h
- Sealing coat max.: ~ 8 – 16 h
- Rain-proof: ~ 4 h
• Storage – unlimited provided the product is stored in a dry place.

System-compatible product as

or ALSAN waterproofing. At the same time the anti-skid properties are improved.
 
The DECO Chips are applied directly to the receiver, i.e. ALSAN 500, 500F or 500FT.
 
Depending on the requirement, they are either applied to excess or as a fine layer. The DECO Chips can either be dashed against the surface by hand or applied with a spray gun.
 
Application by spray gun results in a more even surface if the "fine topping" is required. The spray is particularly recommended for application to vertical surfaces.
 
Excess DECO Chips should be removed after the appropriate interval. The entire surface is then sealed with ALSAN 500FT.
