ALSAN EPR

Two-component epoxy resin as primer and base resin.
 
• Application in 1 – 2 coats
• Consumption 150 - 300 g/m2 (depending on substrate)
• Intervals
- at 5° ~ 5 h
- at 20° ~ 2 h
- at 30° ~ 30 min
• The subsequent waterproofing layer must be applied within two days at the latest
• Storage life 12 months
 
Caution
As this product sets rapidly, you should only ever mix as much material as can be applied during the pot life. Take care with exothermic reactions in the container.

Compatible with all ALSAN products and suitable for universal use as:
 
• Primer for all mineral substrates, metal, plastic and wood

• Base resin to produce a scratch coat and epoxy resin mortar
 
Mix components A and B for 2 – 3 minutes using a mechanical stirrer.
 
Add quartz sand (0.3 – 0.6 mm for scratch coat and 06. – 1.2 mm for mortar) to suit the version required.
 
Can be applied with roller and brush or trowel.
