Solvent-free one-component PU resin for waterproofing details and main areas. Ready to use.

Remarks:
ALSAN EPR may be used instead of ALSAN HES. This has the advantage that the first coat of ALSAN 410 can be applied after just one hour. However, ALSAN EPR does contain solvents, which is why it can only be used in well-ventilated areas.

Liquid waterproofing, reliable protection against sub-surface migration of water, permanently flexible and highly resistant. Not UV-resistant.

For renovations, repairs and new build.
A third coat of approx. 200 g/m2 is applied as a bond coat, and topped with an excess amount of quartz sand (0.3 – 0.6 mm).
 
Applied with roller and brush.
 
Remarks:
The tiles can be fixed with a cement-bound, flexible adhesive.
